Your Gift

At St. Philip’s, people come first. Your presence, prayers, and participation bring our “open hearts, open minds, open doors” to life. Giving is simply one of the ways some choose to participate in the life and mission of our church. Financial gifts help support ministry, care for those in need, and allow us to serve our community faithfully—but they are never a measure of commitment or belonging.

If you feel led and able to give, we are grateful. If not, please know you are still deeply valued and always welcome here. Thank you for being part of our church family and for all the ways you contribute, seen and unseen.

Financial Gift

AND / OR

Gift of Time and Talent

If you choose the financial gift option, there are different options to donate:

In the Plate

The standard way of donating is not going away. So, during the offertory you can put your donation to the church in the plate as it is passed.

Bill Pay from your Bank

Many people have setup a recurring payment to St. Philip’s thru their bank using a system most banks refer to as “Bill Pay”. When you setup a donation this way a check is mailed from your bank to St. Philip’s and the Sunday after it arrives the Tellers will add your donation to those that come in with the plate and then your donation will be deposited into St. Philip’s bank account.

Online

The latest option is to donate online. You can do this either for a one-time or a recurring donation. This is described above and all think “Donate” buttons and links on this page use this option. All the Online options use Realm to process your donations. When you donate this way the donation never physically comes to the church. Monies are transferred directly from your bank (or credit card) to St. Philip’s bank account. Your donation shows up on your bank statement and your Realm giving statement on the same day.

Text Message

Text StPhilips $100 to 73256 to give $100 Contribution using your text messaging. Standard text message rates do apply. The first time you do this you will be asked for your payment information. Follow on donations will let you use that saved payment information.

We appreciate any and all donations no matter the amount or form of your donation. St. Philip’s doesn’t have a preference for how you should donate. We simply offer these donation options for your convenience.

Donation to a Specific Cause

St Philip’s is asking for your financial support to help us maintain our church and support our community. You can decide which project you would like to contribute to. We know the value of a penny and want to make sure that you feel that it is used for reasons that are dear to you. We want you to feel invested and aware of how we put your money to work!

Through the “Donate Now” link on each project you donate online to that project. These donations are handled thru your Realm account.

Little Chapel food pantry

St. Philip’s Little Chapel Food Pantry ministry began in 2022 when we became a partner with the Capital Area Food Bank. With this partnership, we gained access to purchasing food at significantly lower costs, maximizing our ability to feed our hungry neighbors in need. We began monthly food distributions out of the Little Chapel on the third Sunday of each month. Our food pantry operations have steadily grown and we currently distribute healthy foods to an average of 160 households each month.

If you want to contribute funds to support the Little Chapel Food Pantry and help us provide food to our neighbors in need, please Donate Here . Thank You!
