What is Tending Our Soil?

Tending Our Soil is a three-year ministry designed to help our parish thrive by cultivating our parish soil so God’s love will flourish and grow in our time and place. St. Philip’s Tending Our Soil ministry is part of a larger diocesan Tending Our Soil initiative. The process involves parish listening, discerning, learning, and experimenting as we explore and build new, creative ways to flourish as a community of faith. St. Philip’s TOS team is striving to make this three-year journey a fun, engaging and Spirit-filled parish experience that will make us more connected to one another and to our community.
